Effective Date: March 8, 2026
🔒 Privacy First: BidSnap does not collect, store, or share your personal data. We do not sell user data. All your quotes, invoices, and business information stay on your device.
BidSnap ("we," "us," or "our") is a mobile application developed by Damon Padron that helps independent contractors and small business owners create professional quotes and invoices. Your privacy is our top priority.
BidSnap does not collect any personal data. Specifically, we do not:
All data you create in BidSnap (quotes, invoices, customer information, line items, pricing) is stored locally on your device.
Your data:
If you have iCloud or iTunes backup enabled on your device, BidSnap data may be included in your device backups. These backups are managed entirely by Apple according to their privacy policy. BidSnap does not have access to these backups.
BidSnap does not integrate with any third-party services for analytics, advertising, or data collection.
Payment Processing: If you subscribe to BidSnap Pro, payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your data with anyone. Because we don't collect your data, there is nothing to share.
The only way data leaves BidSnap is when you choose to:
These actions are initiated and controlled entirely by you.
BidSnap does not knowingly collect information from children. The app is designed for business use by adults. If a child uses BidSnap, no data is collected from them (or anyone else).
Because all your data stays on your device, your data security is managed by your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, encryption). BidSnap does not transmit data over the internet, eliminating common security risks associated with cloud services.
You have complete control over your data:
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. Continued use of BidSnap after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If we ever change our approach to data collection (which would require a major app update), we will clearly notify users and require explicit consent.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or BidSnap, please contact us:
