How do I create a quote?
Open BidSnap - tap New Quote - add line items and pricing - save or send to your customer.
How do I convert a quote into an invoice?
Open the quote - tap Convert to Invoice.
Can I edit an invoice after sending it?
Yes. Open the invoice, make your edits, and resend it.
How do I upgrade to BidSnap Pro?
Go to Settings - Upgrade to Pro and choose a monthly or yearly plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID: Settings - Apple ID - Subscriptions - BidSnap.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
You will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

Try the following:

  • Ensure you have the latest version of BidSnap
  • Restart the app
  • Restart your device
  • If the issue continues, contact support
